1. We listen to what you need
The first piece of our program is to understand your search. We talk with you and discuss why you’re looking for furniture. Then we determine what it is you hope to find. The more that we can understand your need, the more likely it is that we can provide you with good choices.

Perhaps you don’t know much about what you need.  You know the problem, but you’re not sure how to solve it. What you want are some credible options to consider. You just want ideas that could improve your workspace. So we begin by providing pictures or drawings that we believe illustrate a good solution. You tell us which options would work for you and then we begin our search.

Maybe you already know what you need. You have a brand of furniture or a style of furniture that you know is the best for your work flow. If so, we will focus on your preferred solution but make sure that we have enough detail to truly meet your expectations.

2. We search for what you need
Then the search begins. The second piece of our program is to set in motion our search process. Experience has taught us how to go about these searches in an efficient way.  We’ve built up a network of suppliers from all over the country that we contact. Knowing what they need from us, we provide the critical information for locating possible furniture packages. If they have a possible option, we request pictures and data that will allow us to determine if this is a good candidate.

3. We negotiate to fit your budget
Knowing how things price around the country, we then begin the negotiations to see if this package can fit your budget. We break down the information they provide. We’ll possibly do furniture layouts to illustrate how this package will fit your space. If all the pieces come together, we bring it to you for your consideration. You may say, “Yes, that’s great!” or you may say, “Sorry. That just won’t work for us.” If it’s a “No”, we continue to gather options for you to consider. 

But if it’s a “Yes”, we go to work to acquire this package for you. We propose it to you like a new furniture purchase and sell it to you as a retail sale. All of our professional services are included in that price. If it fits your budget we’ve delivered what we promised. 

4. We provide the work to complete your order
In addition, we provide the work needed to deliver it, to store it, to install it or, if necessary, to refurbish the furniture we found. Our work is done when you move in and begin to enjoy the benefits of a great solution. That’s when you realize that you’ve made an investment that will give you RichRewards.
